I’ve just read the low rating reviews and couldn’t agree more. He over books and makes customers wait while he takes others to work on. Very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t keep up with modern trends. Talks non stop about retiring and moving…he should do that now and stop disappointing clients with his sub par work and crappy attitude.

I am extremely protective of my hair and I am terrified of letting just anyone cut my hair so I decided to try this place out after about a year or so of no haircut and extremely damaged split ends. I told him I wanted to keep it as long as possible and add lots of layers, and he did exactly what I wanted. He showed me exactly how short my hair had to be before cutting anything and showed me how my hair was uneven at the bottom. Arturo is amazing and I can’t believe the transformation and the absolute dead on perfect quality of the color he did for my full highlights. Felt he was annoyed I had a Groupon and didn't feel friendly over the phone. Ended up not getting a haircut there so can't speak on that.
