Have come here 3 separate times with a family heirloom ring that needed to be resized the first time, repaired the second time when the band broke and the third when the bezel had deteriorated but can say the work is always quality and done with care with it looking and fitting better after each visit. Very professional and passionate about the work they do and with that will always recommend Aurum to others and will continue to return here with any jewlery that needs any kind of care.

I took a ring my mom gave me to be cut off and resized. I don't know if the ring has ever been cleaned and polished, but when I saw it again, it was beautiful! The stone has been worn and the silver was dull. It's a claddagh ring and the details were so beautiful and defined again. My sister also took my grandmother's ring in for me to be repaired after a stone fell out. Aurum Jewelers have the vibe of the family jewelers my mother would rhapsodise about from her girlhood in New Delhi in the 60s and 70s: the kind where trousseaux are assembled, antiques and jewels co-exist, the owners and staff welcome you with warmth, and their professionalism is only matched by their considerable skill.
