I had an unpleasant experience at this store called Aurum-Argentum Goldsmith on Granville Island, Vancouver. I went there on Saturday April 4th 2026 and talked to one employee there, a man. I asked for something and they didn't have it. On my way out I asked if I can get their business cards to check their art online since I was in hurry. We bought a set of wedding rings years ago and another one today. I’d come back for the 3rd order. Kristen was very flexible and knowledgeable for accommodating our requests, proposing and adjusting the final design based on our needs and budget. She, of course, made a great quality ring as we imagined. The fact that the price was lower compared with ones from famous brands is a plus.
