Absolutely incredible French bakery! The pastries are amazingly flaky, buttery, and delicious. I was genuinely surprised to find something this good in MT—it truly tastes like something you’d find in France. Such a gem!
I absolutely love this place, I never thought that Paris and Bozeman could be in the same sentence, but they made that dream come true. The best croissant I’ve ever had in the US and the coffee is so good!
If only I could bottle the smell of butter, sugar and fresh bread oozing out the door! I wish the coffee service was much faster/better organized but it was one of the best decaf latte’s I’ve ever had. Otherwise, the staff is lovely.
I had the best coffee in Montana at this place. The aroma of the coffee beans is incredible, and the flavor is rich and satisfying. What's more, the coffee is never burned, making each cup a delightful experience. My wife and I later had the chance to Francisco, the coffee maker, and it's no wonder the coffee is so exceptional—he is truly passionate about the art of coffee.
