After my first introduction session, I knew it would be a good fit for me. Aurore has an engaging approach with therapy and hypnosis that allowed me to dig into my challenges and develop tools that I can use in my daily life. I looked forward to each session and alway felt better after. I highly recommend Aurore to anyone wanting to go deep into their self-development or healing journey. Aurore is the first psy that I was able to open up to just right away. I started therapy with her almost two years ago. She has a very unique approach to therapy, helping the individual to become their own healer. Her techniques are diverse and adaptable, and can switch in between English and French in the same sentence, which has helped me express myself even better. I recommend her to all my friends, and they all love her Merci Aurore!
