DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Be forewarned, the owner, Monica is rude, condescending and her products are cheaply made and die within a day! I witnessed her be completely down right nasty and racist to a black race customer, who she was arguing and screaming with in her store in front of other customers...awkward! I picked up some flowers for a special event. I sent my daughter who is a teacher flowers from Aurora’s Florist Country Owl and they were beautiful! They also lasted forever! The florist also made sure that the flowers were delivered on time to the school! Very prompt! She was also very professional in our conversation! She reassured me that they would be able to get in the school for the delivery because I was concerned about that! The flowers were even more beautiful than I could have imagined!

Called inquiring about delivery of flowers to a funeral home and the customer service was poor. The attitude of the person who answered the phone felt like I was disturbing her...very, short and turse responses.
