I had my windows replaced about a month ago, and just want to give a shout out to this family owned business. The whole process was seamless from the Estimate(Felix), to the payment (Zeila), to the father son team who installed them. they were quick, and the clean up.... well you would never of known that they were there. They came recommended to me and I would highly recommend them.
Aurora installed two windows and a front door. They didn't caulk the top of the front door or around the windows. Water would come in based on the wind and rain direction. I contacted Aurora and provided them with several photos and videos. Instead of taking any responsibility, they stated I would have to give them another $250 dollars for a service call. Terrific product and service. Right from the initial visit with Felix they were professional and knowledgable. Outstanding quality and workmanship. Maxim and his son did an excellent job with the installation. Except for the new door you would never know they were here. Very clean and very competent with their install. Thank you very much. Will recommend to everyone!
REPLACED main door and 10 windows. Installation was quick, accurate and according to a schedule. Very happy with the install. Unfortunately the new door lock broke 2 times, but was repaired. The issue was the long waiting time. Second problem: One of the windows have been having issues with closing for many month.First time it happened 5 month after the install and the sales person came over to close it with a special tool until technician came by in several weeks to look at the issue. It was pleasure to deal with staff from Aurora Windows and Doors . Sofia from sales did an amazing job colour matching our front door to our garage door . She really takes pride in her work . Office staff Zeila is extremely nice to deal with and Installing crew are very professional and knowledgeable.
