Aurora Wellness Center is a nice place to work out and play b-ball.
I know many, many Seniors or people with limitations that live in the Burlington area. All of them can get out during the warmer months, fresh air and sunshine being good for you, but face inactivity during the winter months. IF the Wellness Center would offer a "Winter Limited Membership" it would be awesome! In my case, I can walk and use the bike, elliptical/treadmill. I don't do the pool as I don't swim. The Aurora Wellness Center is a Godsend to me. The hot tub and warm therapy pool keep my body moving. I am grateful to have access to a wonderful facility.
