Most of the receptionists have horrible people skills and are rude. Do you think I’m here because I want to be? How about a little compassion or a smile.
Takes to long to get eye test. I received a notice in July to got my eyes tested.Can’t get in until October 29. Rediculous!
Tried setting up a payment plan, and person was kind of rude. She was not friendly. I told her I could pay $75/month on a $500 bill. I explained that I had other larger medical coming from om them and that I needed to balance it out so I could make all payments. She told me was not possible. Keep in mind I have paying them thousands of dollars a year and always have them paid off by years end. Now they will not be getting any money and they can waste their money paying a collection agency.

Very slow shouldn't call you in room and make you wait 35 mins in room and still no doctor
