They were all quite pleasant today at the eye clinic. No problems. I got eye exam and picked out nice frames and will be ready in 2 weeks. I said to them thank you, you were all so nice and helpful.

This review is from Linda. I have visited the optical department in the Plymouth clinic several times in the last month. Not a real busy vision center. I don’t understand why an appointment is needed to have glasses adjusted or to pick up a new pair of glasses. I wouldn’t mind waiting a few minutes for the optician to be available after assisting other patients. What I do mind is being sent a message to call a certain number to make the appointment to pick up my new glasses and no one can answer the phone??? Probably the las... read more

If I could give a negative start I would. I went to get my eyes checked. (Yearly exam) I was pregnant at the time. They told me my eyes haven’t changed. Sweet. I picked out some glasses because I just wanted some new ones. I got my new glasses they were different prescription. She told me to try them for a few weeks. Never got to wear them. My eye appt went very well with my eye Dr. & also with the optician who helped me when I was picking out my eye glasses. I have a complaint about the receptionist who should have known better than to loudly keep repeating some personal information from my records.
