Sincerely disappointed, it stated urgent care was open both online and in the front of the building. I walk in and there is someone at the urgent care desk but said there were no providers there!! Drove all the way now to Waterford. It sucks when your not feeling well, in pain and have a fever. Dont you think that if there are no providers available to see patients that it should be marked as closed!?
It was easy to be seen and everyone made sure to listen, understand what my needs were, and provided me with the best care.
PA was NATALIE. Nurse I believe was Ashley. A perfect combination of medical professionals. Came in because I couldn't stop the bleeding after I cut myself badly. They worked like a fine tuned machine. Stopped bleeding enough to put in stitches. Explained everything they were doing and what to expect. Got a Tetanus shot, didn't even feel it. Had my antibiotics ordered before I left. I'll be back in 10 days for stitches removal. I have never been to an Urgent Care facility in my life. And I'm OLD. I was impressed!
