Horrible experience with urgent care! Nurse was very unprofessional. She was making very degrading and unprofessional comments seconds after stepping ouside if my room. Called and tried to cover up what she had stated. Still waiting on a call from her supervisor
Sept 9th wass the 1st time I've been to the Milw. Good Hope, Aurora Urgent Care location and what a major improvement from the Menomonee Falls location. All of the med staff I came in contact with (@ 5 persons) were all extremely friendly and understanding concerning my ailment. Usually a quick test would've solved my issue but unfortunately nothing was easy and we ended up having to do a procedure that's usually not necessary. My husband has been waiting to come in for his annual physical for over a year. His original appt was cancelled last minute on the day of the appt due to unknown reasons. He was then rescheduled to see someone else a few months later, but was once again cancelled because this provider was not seeing new patients. His anppt was rescheduled again a few months later, and on the day of his appt it was once AGAIN cancelled. How unprofessional. Now he has to once again wait four months for another appt. Bailey & Dr. Rivas Was So Awesome!!! The Ongyn & her nurse and or assistant made me feel soooo comfortable & we’re very professional!! Very informative & followed up with me sooo promptly!! Thank You Dr. R & Bailey!!!Got called back quick and my 2 hour appt seemed so much faster!!
