Nurses were great but very bad experiences with the doctors here.
Took my son here to have a an ear tub removed. He had them for years, one fell out (as they are suppose to) but it got stuck in some ear wax and was bothering him. It was just a little too far for me to remove. Brought him in, the MD removed it in about 45 seconds, was in the room less than 10 minutes (this includes the time spent waiting for the MD). Worst experience I've ever dealt.
When you're not feeling well it's hard to decide if going to the doctor is the right thing. I went into urgent care today in neenah and was seen by Dr Carlson. He was very kind and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in his care. The rest of the staff was top notch and the experience was very positive! Can't always say that about healthcare today but this experience was very positive
