1st visit at Aurora Urgent Care....Med Assistance was very friendly and professional....PA Brown was the best. She was professional and very assertive in Her diagnosis. She wasted no time to resolve my health issues. I would highly recommend this Aurora Urgent Health Care location.
I told the Dr that I had joint issues and disc problems and I've been in bad pain lately. Barely did an exam, wouldn't even do a scan & told me it was just muscular... For someone who's chronically Ill with multiple things on my chart. Dr Ingram wasn't listening, as a sublocated shoulder will move like normal but that doesn't make it any less painful. He acted like I said dislocated. These doctors don't even know the textbook definition of a sublocated/subluxations.

Poor experiences have led me to believe that a large portion large portion of aurora medical staff have very little medical knowledge making their ability to diagnose and treat illnesses. They have a bad reputation in the community, so if you are coming from outside Sheboygan to seek care here I urge you to reconsider. I have personally been abused and neglected then had my medical record altered to cover mistakes and to male slanderous commentary to prevent me from getting appropriate medical care. There was an older doctor who was extremely rude. Tall, slim, short white hair. I didn't even bother to learn his full name. My dad needed an interpreter, and while we were waiting for one to join the call, the doctor kept talking to my dad, even though he isn’t fluent in English. To help, I started translating for my dad until the interpreter became available. However, the doctor abruptly stopped me and said I wasn’t certified.
