Thank you to all the urgent care staff for taking the time to explain how to take care of the injuries I received from my accident and the arm sling. It has been extremely helpful in my pain management.
Excellent care at this clinic. Easy to check their urgent care appointment waiting time on their website(you can make an online appt if there is c a long waiting time expected). Very polite personal, and caring too!
I went in after a teladoc appointment said I needed to go immediately to urgent care for an infection. I felt the doctor here was dismissive to my concerns. When I tried to explain, I was accused of being difficult. I was scared and in ALOT of pain and was treated coldly. There is no compassion in this practice. If your looking for a referral to another doctor this place is okay but if you want actual care I would recommend going elsewhere.
I came in with back pain. The person who say me didn’t address it. Instead she had me unnecessarily tested for UTI and then unnecessarily exposed me to a scan to see if I had a kidney stones. Not once did this doctor examine my back or my ribs, which would have shown her that that’s where the pain was coming from and that I had broken and or bruised ribs that she flat out fail to diagnose me with. Idk what kinda of drs and nurses they hire for their urgent care, but they are absolutely incompetent!!!!
After reading the reviews I regret having decided to go to Aurora's Urgent Care while I was suffering from Influenza. Had I known they were going to bill my insurance $915 for a 30 minute walk-in appointment, which $350 was charged for a flu test alone, I would have waited for Ascension to open. They truly do bill as much as possible to your insurance companies. It is no wonder premiums keep skyrocketing. Now I am forced to pay $142 on top of the $20 copay I already paid, utterly ridiculous.
