New Dr but every one was excellent doing their jobs.
From essentially being treated like a drug addict, being lectured by both the nurse and PA about how I’m not getting opioids from them despite never asking for them. I even told both I did not want opioids, but they still continued to lecture me. Took my significant other into Urgent "Care" on 8/15/2025 with chest pain and trouble breathing. The "doctor" was completely uncaring, cold and ignorant. He had the diagnosis before he even looked at him. Pulled muscle, "because he didn't have the standard arm pain and tightness." He only listened to his heart after I told him that my husband had had several heart attacks and not one had the "standard pain". I told him about my heart attack with pain across my back. I appreciate this uregent care being open until 10pm, but that’s about how far I’d say my appreciation goes. I do not believe I was heard by my doctor at all. Came in with the idea of having strep, he put on my paperwork I thought I had covid, I knew I didn’t have covid being that I had taken 3 tests before which all came negative. Tested me for that anyways, whatever, all tests including strep came back negative. He said I had a viral infection and to go home and take ibuprofen/Tylenol for the extreme body pain.
