I had a visit there on 09/07/2025...check in was super easy and the woman at the check in desk (wish I could remember her name) was extremely pleasant. I barely had a 10 minute wait, if even that long. The nurse and PA listened to my issue and were quickly able to diagnose the problem while still being friendly and even joking around with me. I didn't ever feel rushed or like they just wanted to get me in and out.

Go anywhere else! Informed consent and privacy rights are often ignored. Me and my girlfriend show up for flu-related symptoms, I asked if we could be seen together because she gets anxious without anyone with her, the RN says “no that’s too much paperwork.” We were then separated, I was asked for a urine sample (UA), they sent another patient in that same bathroom- talk about uncomfortable. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been deeply upsetting and deserves to be addressed publicly. This clinic not only misrepresented their acceptance of my insurance (yes, I know it's ultimately my responsibility, but clear communication matters), but they have also shown a pattern of negligence that puts patients at risk.
