I saw Lucelina Badura in the Oconomowoc urgent care. I requested a refill of my already prescribed prescriptions, and she wrote in her note that I repeatedly asked (i asked once and confirmed once) and then she wrote that she suspects I’m overusing my pain medications. She documented her judgment and failed to identify that pain is subjective. Usually a fine experience, but my most recent one makes me not want to return. I work two jobs and my primary physician often requires booking months in advance. I had an appointment set with my primary for an issue I’ve had spanning a year, but had to cancel due to complications and resort to urgent care instead. I did not want to do this for a problem I’ve had for so long, but I needed to at least get it checked as I’d called out of work a few days prior. I went here earlier this week and waited over an hour and a half before I left. I get that they’re busy and everyone needs care but then don’t tell me it’ll only be a 15 minute wait. Staff is always rude. Wait times are insanely long. Doctors always are in a big hurry. Won’t ever go back. It’s always like this

Called on Saturday 7-26-25 to get my wife into urgent care. They had an opening at 2:40 PM. We Arrived at that time. Receptionist was friendly and competent. We were seen on time by RN Beth, and ER Doc Hollingsworth, both were attentive and concerned, and did a thorough exam. Our experience today was definitely 5 star. Pete for Harriet Schoeninger
