I would give negative stars if possible. Everything about this place is incompetent. Walked in for Urgent Care and the receptionist said YES that service is offered. Mind you if they would have said the service WAS NOT offered I would have left immediately. But since I was told it was I waited, upon being seen I was then told the service is not offered and 2 months later receive a bill for a service I did not receive and now have had multiple people within Aurora tell me “their records are accurate and the bill can not be re... read more
The care I got from the nurses and Physical therapists was amazing, super smart and very patient. The care i got from Dr. wiskey was not. He looked at the MRI and said I was fine and that I should just take ibuprofen and id feel better in a week, a month, or maybe never. I got a second option from a really nice doctor who did an arthoscopy and found that I have a completely detached tendon, which will need surgery to reattach. The utter disregard for my injury left me confused and upset.
Gets busy but they're best walk in around so makes sense
The staff here are very nice and welcoming when you first walk in if you do lab work here the staff are also very nice I recommend coming here I will be coming back again soon
