Dr. Hall is the old fashioned kind of doctor us baby boomers grew up with. He makes you feel comfortable and important to him. Would recommend him to everyone.
I drove an hour and a half for my appointment I was 10 minutes late and they didn't except me for my appointment! I'm pretty disappointed about their services. I can't believe I wasn't seen for a 10 minute appointment it's simple I've been here before so now I'm going to change my primary doctor because of this denial.
My 16 yr old daughter wasn't feeling well. And I couldn't leave work to take her. I called ahead and told them that they should expect her and gave them my info in case. They took REAL good care of my daughter and called me after her visit. Thank you very much for your help and taking care of her.
AURORA AT HOME ON NATIONAL AVENUE DO NOT DESERVE TO BE AFFILIATED W/AURORA! My doctors office recommended I call 911 because I was having chest pain. I knew it was not heart related but went because the pain was great & would not go away. The doctors & CNA were very nice. 3 out of 4 nurses were just uncaring & let me know I was asking for their help too often. There was no communication from them as to what was happening & what the plan was. After being in pain for almost 12 hours I had to threaten to leave to get their attention.
