I have been residing at the Aurora St Charles since 2017. The magnement staff has gone down significantly since Angela Smith has been managing property. She first started off like she was concerned about the residents. However, that has all changed effective 2025. I moved up to sixth floor on March 2025 & I have nothing but problems. My beautiful french windows have been leaking & management has refused to repair as of July 2, 2026. I have filled complaints with the city of Aurora & they have been cited.
