I was a walk-in that needed a new set of acrylics. When I've done this in the past, the nail technician ripped my nail down to the skin. Here, Ryan, was gentle, very detailed, and very careful when he removed the old nail. He actually had me wash my hands in preparation for the new set. My prior nail technician did not. They were very fast, but not detailed orientated.
