I came to see Dr. Kim about my snoring and poor sleep. Honestly I wasn't sure an oral appliance would do much, but my sleep has gotten a lot better. I fall asleep faster, wake up less, and the snoring is way down. I even feel more rested during the day. Dr. Kim and the team explained everything clearly, made sure the fit was comfortable, and followed up to make sure it stayed that way. Glad I did this.
