Great place, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I brought my sewing machine in to be maintenanced. I have never done this before so I unaware of the process. I brought everything in (all cords, peddles etc). The woman taking in care of me apparently didn’t mark down that I had my presser foot in my machine like a normal person. When I picked my machine up and brought it home is when I noticed my foot was not there. I called and questioned this the rude woman said it wasn’t marked as being brought in with my machine. Excellent selection of sewing machines, material, and notions! The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. I’m thankful to have such a nice small business to purchase my supplies from.
