I go here at least once a week. They are amazing. The one on one you get is an asset. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. When you walk in the door it is like going to a friend’s house. They’re interested to see what you are working on. Customer service is thee best. I came in with a machine issue. Katy knows that the mechanic Jim is going out of town, so she spent about an 1 1/2 hours getting my machine to work. Just visited this store and was so happy to have found it. The ladies are so helpful and a pleasure to meet. I live in Canada but was visiting my daughter in Buffalo and google found Aurora Sewing. Definitely recommend them for absolutely any sewing needs.
I have purchased several BERNINA machines from Aurora Sewing Center. Super friendly staff. They also have the best machine service personal around. Very knowledgable and fast service. If you need a repair, or just a cleaning I highly recommend ASC!
