My wife went in 48 hours ago. I cannot get her pin number to talk to her. I have called 8 times asking that she approve this, which she will, but still don't have it. My biggest concern is that they only allow visiting on Saturday and Sundays. This is stupid. I am a PhD psychologist. By far the worst experience due to lack of staff caring and never giving you the time of day to talk to them.
It’s more like a prison than hospital. I received hardly any mental health services. A staff member touched me inappropriately. In the 5 days, they let us outside for about 30 minutes. They served us undercooked food. They extended my time because they didn’t have a psychiatrist to monitor me the first days I was there. They were very disorganized about informing me on my case.
