I just want to state that I received a call after a long wait ( after 1 year. because my doctor got confused and didn't sent my referral the to right clinic ) lots of things happened in my life during this period. All our hormones going up and down , Thyroid, and work stress. Anyways when I received the call, I said I don't think I wanted it anymore. The woman on the phone was so rude.
