I just want to state that I received a call after a long wait ( after 1 year. because my doctor got confused and didn't sent my referral the to right clinic ) lots of things happened in my life during this period. All our hormones going up and down , Thyroid, and work stress. Anyways when I received the call, I said I don't think I wanted it anymore. The woman on the phone was so rude. This clinic is, in my opinion, a waste of time.
Staff has been friendly and the nurses respond to messages in a very timely manner. I have met many couples who really liked their experience at Aurora. I look forward to continuing with the clinic for my treatments. Edited October 14th 2025 Because of excellent treatment I was given at Aurora, I am now 22 weeks pregnant with a baby boy.
