I had a great experience as a first time customer at the Shoreline location. Friendly and patient staff helped me figure out what type of tool I needed for the job, and the tool itself worked just as it should. What could have been a dealbreaker quickly turned into another thumbs up- when I picked up the tool, the person on the dock forgot to give me a crucial part. Been renting here for 15+ years- like having my own local garage of tools, but I don't have to do the maintenance! Purchased a number of Stihl professional battery tools, and consistently impressed with the capability.
