Brian provided exceptional customer service! He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with renting a hot tub dolly. He took the time to explain the setup thoroughly and how to move the hot tub efficiently.
After being a loyal customer of Aurora rental for 6 years, I’m deeply disappointed and reconsidering continuing my business with them. Today was the last straw. I requested a chainsaw to cut some bushes, but one of their employees flat-out refused, claiming I would "break the chainsaw." Excuse me, but as the owner of a landscaping business with a degree in landscaping, I think I know what I’m doing. It’s insulting to be treated like I don’t know my craft, especially by someone who clearly lacks professionalism and respect.
