Today I called to put in a verbal cash offer on property listed by Ken Stilley. He answered my call but told me the property should go pending in the next day or two since he has two offers, one which is a good one. I asked when I could check back for a firm answer and he said "hopefully pretty soon so I don't have to keep doing what I'm doing with you". Will not return phone calls, texts or emails. Does not know anything about the properties he lists.
This guy is a complete joke and does not know how to operate a real estate business in today’s market. I feel sorry for anyone that has their house listed through south side reality.
Aurora Real Estate (Ken Stilley) is an honest man that will go out of his way to satisfy a client. He's friendly and easy to talk to. He really "does know his stuff!"
