I only gave one star to be able to write this review , I rented a house from a landlord then Ken Stilley kept coming around saying the house was for sale after 6 years of living there! Landlord was selling it ! Ken Stilley showed up whenever he felt like it to take pictures and try to have me not pay rent so he can sell the house quicker if I wasn’t there ! Very nice people to work with
Today I called to put in a verbal cash offer on property listed by Ken Stilley. He answered my call but told me the property should go pending in the next day or two since he has two offers, one which is a good one. I asked when I could check back for a firm answer and he said "hopefully pretty soon so I don't have to keep doing what I'm doing with you".
