I had no issues with the provider here, but Aurora (or Livewell?) has incorrectly coded the type of visit twice to my insurance. The first time I just paid it so I wouldn't have to deal with it as it's not a huge amount, the second time I tried to address it with them. I've been going back and forth with them and my insurance company for over two months. I just paid it and decided to not come here again.

This place was worthless and riddled with incompetence.
I rushed here after work with my newborn and toddler and made it at 6:08pm. There are signs everywhere that say closing is 6:30pm. The desk had a closed sign and the lady waiting said that she was the last patient because the nurse told her it closes at 6pm. Then the nurse told me that it was closed and I would have to go to urgent care or the ER. It was beyond frustrating and made an already stressful situation even worse.
