Do not go here. They scam you by upbilling. Made an office visit appointment with Dr Patel because I suspected I had sleep apnea. They purposely bill it as hospital non emergency instead of an office visit. With insurance it was almost $600 for a 15 min chat with the dr. Then the at home study is ove $800 with insurance. Next you need to do an overnight stay (can't imagine that cost) and then buy a cpap machine. So plan on $5grand at least with insurance.
