Cheap construction, no amenities , no elevator, no exercise room. Rent was raised 230.00 first year. Similar priced apartments have exercise room and elevator. Often smells like Marijuana, cheap carpet. The parking spots block the front door, so it is very difficult to get groceries or furniture in or out. Our garage is 600+ feet from unit maybe that counts as exercise room?
Very poor cheap construction, water leaks in hallways in both buildings. Poor maintenance lack of parking. Far overpriced for area.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Tons of mail theft, and when I asked the property owners if I could buy some kind of camera for them to catch the people doing it. They replied with "well cameras don't actually help, and wont actually prove anything" LOL. The camera I looked at was $35. They just don't care about anything besides a rent check. Just another slum lord. 10/10 Avoid property, and realtor company.
Upon our first few months, into the year was great. Then, something happened. Mail theft. Food delivery/grocery theft. WEED. If you care for your well-being, and your children. Please do not give this a thought. Someone must have a let a skunk loose in there? Mgmt will respond, but good luck.
Mail has been stolen for months, and brought to their attention MULTIPLE times With proof of ripped open packaging left in the mail room And they have done absolutely nothing. Wouldn’t even give a single star if that was an option
