Aurora Plumbing provided excellent service. After calling for an emergency sewer line problem their technician, Matthew, arrived promptly. Matthew was professional, respectful, and quickly diagnosed the issue but was unable to unclog the sewer line from inside my home and called in a crew to excavate and clear the exterior sewer line. The problem and process was explained clearly, resolved the same day, and the cost was reasonable. I heartily recommend Aurora Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable plumber.
