Dave is very honest and is very willing to explain exactly what is needed and why. I truly appreciate having a plumber that I can trust and who is willing to take the time to make sure things are done correctly.
This is my second experience with the Aurora and they’ll be my go-to for as-long as I live in Arizona. They’ll give you the honest truth and the best course of action rather than the one that furthers the pockets. They put their customers needs first. They always use quality parts. If a kit or product comes with cheap Chinese parts they swap them out l with their own quality parts. I seriously can’t recommend them enough. If 10 stars was an option they would get it.
