Scott was so nice. He came out today and quickly repaired our faucet. He was originally going to replace our faucet, but we purchased the wrong kind. He kindly told us which one to get and even looked it up on his phone to show my mom, they picked it out and he will come back later to install. I was initially very happy with Scott’s service. He came out promptly and his price was reasonable for replacing a moen cartridge for my tub since we had no hot water. Shortly after I realized that now we only had hot water and no cold water. I called him to try to get it fixed but no answer. I left a message and never heard from him.
