Having utilized Aurora Plumbing Services twice and their septic tank once, I can say that their staff has always been kind, and competent, and has done a great job. Their technician Isaac, who replaced the fixture and fixed the drainage in my kitchen did an excellent job on both in my bathroom.

He carefully protected my floors and walls while transporting equipment from the main floor to the basement. I didn't pay more for this after-the-fact service because the provider guarantees it. Next, utilize a video drain snake to fix this frustrating issue.

My water heater base leaked. Highly commended technicians. He was commendable for being at the service call the same day despite being late. He arrived at 10:30 and fixed my hot water heater for 1.5 hours instead of 2–6. He replaced the water heater and finished the installation the next day. The repairman was polite and skilled. He answered my questions and cleaned up well. I utilize Aurora Plumbing often since I know they'll do a good job.

I decided to schedule an appointment with Aurora Plumbing for next week, so I contacted. They were able to dispatch help in less than an hour. The technician was helpful and cordial. I needed a quick inspection of my sump, and he not only provided that but also took some preventative measures on our behalf. Prices were fair.
