About a week ago, I went in and got my industrial repierced. I received great customer service from Chris(the piercer) as well as the receptionist. I was pierced with too short of a bar and have no room for swelling. After about 3-4 days of it swelling and being a new piercing, I called to have them look at it. I talked to Brooke. Very clean, and it's impossible to pick out jewelry because it's all so pretty!! Chris and his staff are all extremely professional, kind, and have made all of my visits wonderful.
If you want a professional piercing experience with people who genuinely care about you and your body parts, go see these guys!! I live an hour and a half away, but have made multiple trips just for the quality of Aurora. So worth the drive! I even brought my grandma in to get pierced 🖤 Aurora takes excellent care of their clients. They have such an awesome variety of jewelry to chose from, and will always steer you in the right direction. Go get pierced!
Loved my experience at Aurora. The jewelry I had ordered turned out to have some defects. The staff at Aurora took the initiative to fix the issue without me ever having to notice the problems myself. My piercings are absolutely perfect and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
