Simply rude. especially the main pharmacist. New one is nicer. never an explanation. 'Take it or leave it' attitude. I don’t think she knows how to smile.
Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend. The pharmacy staff was very unprofessional and rude. My daughter was crying uncontrollably because she had a severe ear infection and she needed her prescription. I asked them to please hurry when I checked in and one lady told me not to tell her how to do her job. My daughter and I sat there over 30+mins waiting for her prescription. She was none stop crying because it hurt so bad. Another member of the hospital saw how much pain and discomfort she was in and came over and offered... read more
