Made the mistake of booking a vaccine here. The staff were nice but not nearly enough of them to serve the amount of people waiting. Wait in one line, just to get some paperwork to bring back, wait in line again to give it to them, sit and wait in the waiting room, just to come back up and wait in another line. After all that, you get your shot taken right in front of everyone. They need to completely overhaul this because it's not set up to serve the amount of people it needs to serve
Genuinely the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. A detriment to the community it’s supposed to serve.
If you need any help beyond ordering refills, don't bother with the pharmacy. They can't or won't do anything. To save time and frustration, just contact your doctor to begin with. The pharmacist can't do anything without a doctor's order or permission.
