I was there on 9/17/2025 between 4pm-7pm. The pharmacy technician was very loud and unprofessional lots of cursing and having a personal conversation with each other.
They rock! Great service, always in stock.
As a cancer patient at Aurora on Good Hope, I’ve experienced unprofessionalism from the pharmacy staff and staff in internal medicine. It really takes a toll on me to have to deal with such things, when I’m already dealing with a life altering illness. It’s disheartening and it has left a sour taste in my mouth for Aurora pharmacy. Good Hope used to have such a great staff. It seems like they’re hiring people who have no empathy, so they speak to you in a very condescending and careless way. I’ve also had a few not so wonderful experiences there with staff especially the last two times for pickups in June and July. they may be overwhelmed and perhaps short staffed. We all need to pray for one another I think.
While the staff may be well meaning, I experienced a level of incompetentce here that I haven't seen in years. Whether they didn't want to, or couldn't figure out how to fill my prescription, I'll never know. Extremely poor communication between staff members and myself, it appeared as only one person could tell me the truth and was able to follow through with their promises.
