If you need any help beyond ordering refills, don't bother with the pharmacy. They can't or won't do anything. To save time and frustration, just contact your doctor to begin with. The pharmacist can't do anything without a doctor's order or permission.
If you don't come pick up your meds within a wk they will put them back. Wait time is sometimes long.
Almost every visit is a problem. A couple of their employees make you shout your private health information from across the room, and will shout your info back in return for the whole room to hear. (My adolescent child's rather sensitive prescription was shouted along with her full name to a room that included kids from her school. She would have been humiliated if she were with me.) I was there on 9/17/2025 between 4pm-7pm. The pharmacy technician was very loud and unprofessional lots of cursing and having a personal conversation with each other.
