Really disappointed in this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I have to go to Aurora, and the closest one is on Bluemound. Always swamped, they say, every single time. Normally cannot fill a prescription the same day. I was told when I dropped off my prescription recently that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I told the technician that I would run a quick errand and be back in an hour. When I return, they gave their normal excuse about being swamped and said that the prescription was not ready. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone has always been super nice. The last 3 times the pharmacist hasn’t been very friendly or helpful on the phone and in person. Not sure what is going on and it’s sad because I really liked the convenience of this location but I will not be using this pharmacy anymore.
