Very disappointing customer service and hospitality. My family has also experienced a lack of attention from staff, so this doesn’t seem like an isolated incident. During my visit, I needed someone to unlock the floor door and was told, “It’ll be a minute.” Several minutes later, I looked over and saw the employee laughing on her phone while I was still waiting.
