Never had any issues with staff or my care team and they are very understanding.
I came to this clinic with hopes of finally getting the pain medications I need for my chronic pain and not suffer anymore but instead I was denied those medications due to my past drug history of almost 2 decades ago. This place is just awful. They will do everything in their power not to give you the pain medications you need for your chronic pain. A joke. They give you other meds that totally have bad side effects, one even took my hair out! Hubby and I both have chronic pain and was referred to this facility and all we have to say is absolutely will not patronize this place again.
I had an in person appointment they canceled it to a virtual with out notifying me first. Then the doctor asked me to come in to sign paperwork but it got t was actually a surprise drug test.
I have had 5+ appointments canceled in the last few months. There is only one medical massage specialist, and she must be overworked. It is very frustrating having to book weeks and months out, just for all my appointments to be canceled day-of or day before. Will not be returning since all my appointments have been canceled. Extremely disappointed.
