Personally, my experience starts with the receptionists up to the specialists. When calling to schedule appointments the reps are helpful and makes it easy to get the soonest and nearest appointment available. Then, while walking into the clinic both main floor and PT reps are helpful and kind. Walking into these places especially for the first time can be a bit intimidating or nerve wracking but their friendliness and service calms all of that. Finally, the doctors!! Everything went well with husband surgery here. But I just want to acknowledge nurse Susie N. above and beyond her job she was so thorough with him and you just don't see that type of service anymore. I'm really glad we meet her and God bless her😇
