I was waiting and waiting and waiting to check air pressure in my tires...(I was told yes the pressure can be checked. Sure...) 20 min later still waiting...Than the young woman came out and just asked me what am I waiting for and told me to park my car a little bit further away...and she left. To buy her lunch...She came back (with her lunch ) and went to the side to eat it... Still waiting...The workers just kept looking at me from the inside... This guys are really great! They have maintenance suggestions but are not pushy. They sincerely want to help you take care of your vehicle. I’m a repeat customer and tell others about the great service. Keep up the great work!

I took my car in tonite for an oil change and John Lane, Assistant Manager, could not have been more gracious and kind. He explained the type of synthetic oil required and when I asked which was better for a leased vehicle he gave me an honest answer when he clearly could have sold me the more expensive type. That is the type of service that generates repeat customers! Thank you again for the fast service at a fair price, it is much appreciated!

Great general automotive knowledge, and excellent customer service. Everyone in this shop has a great attitude towards the customer and their needs. They are brutally honest when it comes to telling you what you need and why you need it, and they will occasionally "sugar coat" it a little, which makes it less painful.

Changed my power steering fluid but did not bleed pressure down. Had car towed to auto mechanic and same job was performed correctly. Went to talk to staff about it and they said that this has never happened and were bewildered. While manager (Chris) was talking to me staff was smirking at me the entire time. Will never bring my car here again and am looking for the owner of this business to write a formal complaint too.

Don't ever take your car here. Had my power steering fluid changed and job was performed incorectlly. Had to have my car towed to a mechanic where he performed the exact same job correctly. Now my car runs fine. When Manager Chris was informed the job was performed incorrectly the manager acted bewildered and the staff was smirking at me, especially the fat guy.
