Really great nurse practitioner and my own Doctor Kerbel handle me like a pro - all of my worries are quelled with wisdom and experience and I’m provided a great deal of care, always leave feeling relieved and reset!
This family health team is the best! There’s a variety of practitioners, helpful, efficient staff, and all kinds of informative programs for patients to take part in. I have never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointment time. There are appointments available in the evening for acute situations. I’ve been with this team for more than 10 years, and I have not set foot in a walk-in clinic since joining. This is extremely well run organization. I cannot speak highly enough of this group.
My family and I have been with Dr. Roopnarian for over 10 years. The staff at front desk, nurses and Dr. R are exceptional. Very friendly and Dr.R is very diligent and genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you for the many years of 1st rate service.
Secretaries and nurses will literally harass you almost every day over you being anti-vaccine. I told them I was not getting my son vaccinated and ever since they've been calling and/or emailing me almost every single day thinking they're gonna change my mind and to shame me. Wouldn't recommend this place if your life depended on it. It's a shame because Dr. McCormick was a pretty good doctor. Too bad he couldn't hire competent staff.
