I’m really disappointed with my experience. The older gentleman who did my gel manicure did a very poor job. Just because I get a simple gel manicure for work and not an expensive set doesn’t mean the service should be rushed or messy. I pointed out a few things I didn’t like during the service, but he kept brushing me off and saying it was fine. I had to repeat myself multiple times before he would fix anything. They need to do better with their customer service. I was laughed at for paying with my credit card. I don’t know why it matters that I paid with my credit card. They still got their money for their service. Do better on your customer service.
I loved the service and treatment I received here. I will definitely be coming back
24 hours later and these are my nails. Unless you’re getting acrylic or some outlandish design the polish they use is crap. Never again.
They are so cute with me and very fast.
