I went in today to get some help with insurance and I saw SARA I wish I knew her last name but she works on the 3rd floor. She was useless and she made no effort to be help in anyway. Idk what her purpose is even in this building cause she’s getting paid to do nothing. PERIOD

Don’t go unless you can wait 2 months to get medication, even if you’ve had it prescribed to you many times before. So frustrating, longest process everrrr!!

Both the woman in the front are very rude and not friendly at all. These folks that come here have mental illness and their attitude makes things worse I came to just help a family member and their definitely in the wrong profession do better. I told my family member to go to a different place if they could because this is unreal

Very kind and trauma informed over at the department that specializes in developmental disabilities. Be sure to do your homework before you sign up with anybody tell them what you’re needing because nobody is a mind reader and a lot of of these reviews I’m seeing are very negative which I’m sorry to hear but luckily with the disability department everybody has been super kind and understanding so far.
