Absolutely the worst experience in a hospital I’ve ever had. Changed my information without my permission, made me bawl my eyes out in front of a full waiting room of people, and the nurse that took my blood only cared about herself while I was shaking from crying. If you can go to another hospital, do it, this Aurora hospital is the worst by far. I would rather be pass away than get taken to this hospital. My brother has been in the ICU for several days - receiving amazing care! Big shout out to his nurses ( Dana, Carley and I don’t remember other names ) and Dr Ha. We get immediate updates when there is news about his condition, response to requests big and small immediately. They have answered question after question of ours. We are so grateful that he is improving enough that he will probably leave the ICU for a normal hospital ward. But we will miss the ICU team
