Please do yourself a favor, and go anywhere else. Brought my 11 week old here for vomiting, and ended up leaving after waiting 5+ hours. No checking in with anyone, no re-checking/re-assessing him. There had been a few people who had left prior to us as well after they stated they had been waiting 6-8+ hours. I am patient and completely empathetic with the struggles that healthcare systems and healthcare workers face with lack of staff, lack of beds, etc.. But this is insane. Absolutely terrible hospital. Zero communication from staff on what’s going on. Waited over 4 hours to not even be seen by a doctor. They have dozens of nurses that just tell you “the doctor will be in shortly” and 1 doctor. My condition was visibly getting worse, they could clearly see the injury to my face, they didn’t care. I would recommend going to ProHealth in Mukwonago! We won’t be making this mistake ever again.
0 stars. Never come to this hospital, My significant other & I came in for testing after saying her pain is a 9/10 most days. After taking a pee sample, she had given them her information & asked about insourance and everything. The nurse told us our insourance does not cover anything & it would be a 500$ charge. We tried asking if we could cancel & find a new hospital without being charged. The front desk then told us no & we'd be charged regardless.
