I cant even believe this is a hospital? Had appointment scheduled for blood draw and they mis diagnosed me then re scheduled for another blood draw? I waited hours. Now I'm being told one thing by the ER Dr. and another by the horrific Primary Dr's? Definitely going to another hospital. I would rather drive an hour than go here just because it's close to my home.
I will never forget my experience because of the intense, searing, pain from my accident and because of the nurse named Jim. As I was screaming because my tibia, fibula, and ankle bones were snapped in a spiral fashion, pushing jagged edges up into my skin, and multiple torn ligaments for making my leg jiggle around wildly and freely, Jim here decided that he must tell me "Stop screaming, it's just a broken leg." Good luck getting accurate care and answers from staff. Nurses are never on the same page and some are completely dishonest and disgustingly rude. Be prepared to have to second guess and question everything they do and advocate for yourself. This hospital should only be used as a last resort and then id do everything I could to get moved or transferred somewhere else asap.
Quick and courteous visits,staffers are always friendly.usually a very short wait time to see your doctor.
