The staff is amazing and kind! The facility is clean and welcoming. I have used the picoway for my laser removal twice now and the results are amazing. I highly recommend this place! Either location is great!

There were a few more questionable reviews on this spa when I first started attending, but I thought I’d give it a try because I wanted to go somewhere luxury where I wouldn’t have to worry. But I had a horrible experience here I came to get laser and they honestly tried to force packages and sell products the entire time it was very un relaxing, which is why I came all the way to Birmingham to get a quality service.
