I’ve been a patient at Aurora Medical Clinic for years, along with my whole family. Dr. Ruchika Swaro has always been wonderful, which is exactly why this recent experience stood out so much. During a recent visit, I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the nurses (Aliya, if I have the spelling right). Dr Swaro will not take you or your concern seriously. Went in for a hand sprain and he basically laughed in my face and told me to wait it out. It has now been 2 weeks and my hand is in significantly more pain. Been a patient here for years and never liked him much, but this was the final nail in the coffin. Will not be going here anymore.
Im a patient here with Dr Ali, and even on a fully booked day. They managed to get me in as a walk in and see me at a reasonable time frame. Their pharamacy attached is also top notch. Nothing but good things to say.
My favorite clinic! I recently moved to Calgary and all the doctors here who helped me before I became a member was so reliable and efficient. Even the reception are educated, highly communicative, respectful, and always kind to everyone in the clinic. Thank you Aurora NW !
