Ive been with Aurora my entire life. They used to be the place to go. Easy scheduling, easy billing, awesome registration staff, Convenient locations. Now, 30min to schedule an appointment because of all the ridiculous questions you need to answer before even discussing dates. 42 min to reschedule an appointment because of all the unrelated questions. Billing is horrendous, they did not do a prior auth, ive tried to get them to do a retro-auth and it took 13 call transfers and 13 didnt people saying its not their department,... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Orrey’s for several years, and I have always felt heard and understood by her, I’d recommend her 100 times over! This new location that her practice has moved to, however, is terrible. Imagine driving 45mins to continue seeing your same provider, it’s your first time going to this location, so you get a little turned around, but you make it to the receptionist EIGHT MINS after your scheduled appointment time. My dad was transferred to your facility from Fond du Lac on October 9th. He was taken to ICU for pneumonia. I want to thank some of the nurses that were very special and caring. Kyleigh was outstanding. She was very compassionate and understanding. My dad called her Miss Sunshine. Also, Anna, I believe was her name, was very good. Dr Sultan was very caring and explained things to us. Unfortunately, my dad passed away of respiratory pneumonia and COVID pneumonia on 10/14/25. Appreciate all the ICU did for him. You'll get billed no matter what. As directed by my insurance provider, I went to this "in-network" doctor and got labs at this "in-network" clinic. I received a bill even though my insurance pays 100% with no cost share. I called Aurora to dispute and my bill was cleared to $0. MONTHS LATER, they reinstated the cost and sent another bill. Insurance company told me to contact Aurora, Aurora told me to contact insurance. They refuse to speak to each other. Insurance provider insists that this an Aurora billing code issue.
