I went to the Urgent Care here. Everyone is very friendly and I was taken care of quickly. Dr and the nurse were very knowledgeable and showed empathy.
If i could give a rating lower than 1 star i would. The nursing staff is trashy and rude with no empathy. The ER doctor recommended that my wife takes a second blood test in 48 hours to determine if there is loss of pregnancy. Two days later we called and the arrogant nurse on the phone said that it would be weeks until they could see us for a simple bloodwork to measure HCG levels! Everyone is very friendly and you are taken care of quickly.
Edit: There are SO many more problems here than when I first reviewed. So I'll just update every time I think "I hate Aurora." If you ever want a cold "slap to the face" with your loved one's terminal diagnosis PLEASE seek help at this facility! They're REALLY GOOD for that! Original: I've experienced more good than bad for care at this facility but in my opinion the billing department is dysfunctional and disorganized.
